I was delighted when Upswing, the multi award winning circus company, reached out for support with their employee journey and policies.
I’ve worked with Upswing for many years, initially as Head of Production at the Albany and latterly as a Trustee (2015-2021)
I worked alongside the Executive Director and General Manager to create a suite of accessible and inclusive documents, policies & procedures to support the team.
And introduced them to an Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) and an HR system for the first time.
More recently I have been supporting Upswing with their annual appraisals, including training for line managers. I've also facilitated senior management team meetings.

For 10 months from May 2022 it was my pleasure to work with Extant, one of only 2 visually impaired led arts companies in England.
