"This style of training was very thought provoking and exactly what was needed! I feel much more confident with my management skills going forward"

"It was really helpful to think about how I like to be managed and apply those methods as a manager myself. I liked going through different scenarios and learning how to respond to them."

"Interesting to see how to lead with coaching questions.... and really insightful how much that can benefit a team"

Lyric, Hammersmith participants

"Thank you so much! I really appreciated the space to think through some of the trickier issues around management. I felt the style of training meant it was led by us and we were facilitated to come to our own answers/development by thinking for ourselves – which I hope to embody in my management!!"
